Information We Access

Kora requests read-only access to the following data from Apple HealthKit:

• Step Count: Your daily and historical step count data

This data is used solely to calculate your progress and grow your virtual meadow within the app.

How Your Data Is Used

Your step count data is used to:

• Calculate your total steps and display progress toward milestones
• Track daily goals and walking streaks
• Unlock visual elements in your meadow based on your walking achievements

Data Storage

All health data accessed by Kora remains on your device. We do not:

• Send your health data to external servers
• Store your health data in the cloud
• Share your health data with third parties
• Use your health data for advertising purposes

App preferences (such as your daily goal setting) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage.

Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to Kora Premium, your subscription is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all billing and payment processing according to their privacy policy.

Analytics

Kora does not use any third-party analytics services. We do not track your usage patterns or collect any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Kora does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app accesses step data from HealthKit with user permission, and this data remains on the device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your Rights

You can revoke Kora's access to your health data at any time through:

• iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Kora

Removing the app will delete all locally stored preferences and data.
